I enrolled in Netts so that I could get my cdl class A upgrade. I already have current and valid cdl class b and c. On my application and during my interview with the recruiter. I stated verbally and in writing what I wanted. On Netts website it clearly states that they have cdl class A training. I went to orientation on 1-15-22. After going to orientation on 1-15-22 and attending class on 1-16-22 and 1-19-22, I came to the understanding that this was not cdl class A training. It was for cdl class b and c training. On 1-20-22 I called Netts and once again told them that I was interested in getting my cdl class A training, and that I already had my current and valid cdl class b and c. I told them that I needed to have this training discrepancy clarified before I moved forward and that I would not be attending any more classes until this was resolved. I did not hear from anyone, so on 1-22-22 I went to Netts and gave them my letter of resignation. On approximately two or three weeks later I received a phone call from Don with his sales pitch. He was trying to get me to pay them for what I already had. I again stated to him that I was only interested in cdl class A. He then asked me, so you want to go straight to the yard. I stated that I'm only interested in cdl class A. He then stated yeah cdl A accelerated. I said yes. After Netts trying to scam me and coerce and manipulate me into paying for courses and licensing that I already had. I no longer trusted them and decided that I no longer wanted to attend Netts. I didn't like the location or building. I couldn't understand what the instructor was saying, because he had a very undistinguished accent with broken English. I've attended different educational training and this was beyond sub par to me ! On my letter of resignation I stated that I could not and would not pay them for what I already had. I have since received a bill from Netts for $2,949 for two classes where I received nothing !Business response

I would like to respond to a complaint that has been brought to my attention by a former student of ours Mr. **** ********. Mr. ******** stated that he enrolled in Nettts so he could get his class A license and also mentioned that he already had valid CDL B and C licenses. He remarks that he clearly stated what he was looking for during the enrollment process. Also in his formal complaint he states that he came to the understanding that this was not class A training that he was receiving.
Mr. ******** was in fact enrolled in our class A - 600 hour training program. He signed an enrollment agreement for this exact program and on that enrollment agreement it also states that he has received and read a copy of the school’s general information catalog which Mr. ******** initialed as doing so. The class A program that Mr. ******** enrolled in is a 22 week program. As stated in the catalog, Module 1 focuses on the following: Training is designed to develop the students ability to drive commercial vehicles safely. The students will receive an in-depth explanation to the trucking industry. Students will learn general knowledge, air brakes systems, and combination vehicles in preparation for their CDL Class A permit. Mr. ******** did not have a CDL A permit and would need to know this information to successfully complete the course and accomplish his stated goal. As I looked into this complaint and talked with my admissions director it seems Mr. ******** felt he didn’t need to sit through the class because he already knew “some” of the material. Mr. ******** questioned our staff when they stated what the curriculum was and why it was important that he obtain all the information provided to him. He therefore made the decision to stop attending school which led to a violation of school rules and regulations for excessive absenteeism. Mr. ******** was subsequently dismissed from the program. Upon notification of this complaint I personally called Mr. ******** and left a message for him in hopes of talking with him and resolving the stated problem but I have not heard back from him at this time. Mr. ******** does not have any outstanding financial obligations at this time. If I can be of any further assistance in this matter please let me know.
Regards,
Adam
