I received my hot tub last year in August and began using it in Sept. My pump went out in March and I have tried everything since to get a new pump. I sent the old one back after 2 months of sending pictures and videos "proving" the pump didn't work. I've gotten little to no response. No one will call me or email me back. It's the worst run business and customer support ever!Business response

I am rejecting this response because now that iI finally received the pump after having to jump through endless hoops and ridiculous asks, my hot tub now won't even air up at all. So so less than a year of owning it,it is worthless. There is never anyone available in customer service and it takes filing a complaint with the better business bureau to even finally get my pump shipped out. I would like a refund or a new hot tub.
