While a tenant at a property leased from Tar Real Solutions c/o ******** *******, Tar Real Solutions was in breach of contract for failing to repair, check or replace the dehumidifier in the basement of the leased property despite me reporting the non-working dehumidifier. Tar Real Solutions was in breach of contract on the first day of the lease for failing to have working locks on all exterior doors of the leased property, which created a serious safety risk for me. ******** ******* tried to convince tenant to not worry about the exterior door not having a working lock by telling me a cop lived across the street. ******** ******* threatened to throw me out of the property solely because he did not like the tone of me being upset because he provided me with an unsafe property on day one of the lease. Tar Real Solutions returned a valid and fully-funded rent payment check to me despite the fact that my rent payment was received by Tar Real Solutions ahead of the due date and despite the fact the FULL AMOUNT of the rent was received ON TIME EVERY month by Tar Real Solutions. Tar Real Solutions violated Section 47a-21 of the Connecticut General Statutes by never returning interest with the security deposit submitted by me. ******** ******* of Tar Real Solutions vehemently denied on my body camera video that he received my security deposit check to take the property off of the rental market, despite the fact I have the cashed check with his signature and the financial records that even show WHERE and WHEN ******** ******* deposited my security deposit check into his **** ** ******* account. Tar Real Solutions c/o ******** ******* communicated in writing to me that I had to vacate the rental property no later than 5:30 pm on the final date of the lease agreement, despite the fact I still LEGALLY had access to the rental property until 11:59 pm on the final date of the lease agreement per the lease agreement, which CLEARLY shows an expiration date, not a time.
