      Payficiency continues to file ER taxes late or not at all. I have received notices about penalties for non payment of taxes which were supposed to be paid by Payficiency and they do not return emails or phone calls to resolve the issue. They have withdrawn money from my bank account to pay taxes but have not done so.

      I am a business consultant that has (had) a business relationship with Payficiency for several years. I have multiple clients that I have had serviced through Payficiency. Currently, each client situation has issues created by mishandling of payroll, client fees and caused my clients penalties with the tax entities. In addition, Payficiency has mishandled overpayments made by my clients. Payficiency was at one time very efficient but now, in addition to the errors and mishandled funds, they will not return calls or emails so these issues can be resolved. This has gone on for over three months so far. In addition to this being totally unethical behavior for a trusted payroll company, I believe it to be borderline criminal as mishandling of payroll services can be. I need to get my clients their 2021 reports and confirm that taxes collected are paid to the proper tax agencies. It is like Payficiency set their computer on auto-pilot and jumped out of the plane. This is inexcusable!

      I have received multiple notices from the ***** ********* commission regarding unpaid taxes in addition to penalties for late fees. I have tried contacting payficiency, my payroll company which is responsible for the payment of these taxes, regarding this situation and they are non responsive.

      Payficiency is our payroll provider and I have not received my 3rd quarter state and federal reports from them. I've had issues for months and can not get them to call or email me back. No one answers the phone to resolve issues and now my reports are being filed late and we will receive penalties. We have switched companies for the 4th quarter but I still need my 3rd quarter reports to be filed by payficiency.

      I filed a complaint this morning and my complaint has been resolved.

      In August I received a notice from the *** that our quarterly tax payment was not made. (This happened in 2018 and they apologized and paid the taxes and penalty). I emailed the notice to my Payficiency Rep, Adam L******* and did not receive a reply. I then followed up with another email, copying Jake Z** and phone call to Adam. I received an auto reply that Jake is no longer there. I have since emailed and left many messages and emailed customer service as well as continued to try to reach Adam by email and phone. I received another notice with a penalty from the *** and still have not heard from anyone. I have contacted our attorney and am in the process of switching payroll companies and would like them to receive the lowest rating for customer service. I had been a satisfied customer since 2010, so this is extremely frustrating.
