Gartner promoted to me the opportunity to complete up to 10 reviews, and receive a $15 - $25 gift card for each review. For 8 of the reviews, Gartner met their commitment. But, for 2 of the reviews Gartner approved the review, but declined to provide a gift card, stating I had not clicked the right link for the review to be gift card eligible. I appealed this decision via their customer support email twice (see attached). Both times they sent me a generic response saying I had clicked the wrong link, so I was not gift card eligible. Also, in both cases it was sent from a "do not reply" email address. I also called Gartner, but all the rep did was give me the same email address. My request is that Gartner deliver to me, two gift cards (one for each accepted review). I'd also like them to stop their practice of providing a confusing user interface that causes some reviews to get a gift card and others to be declined, even though the person wrote a review that Gartner approved.
