      Roadie provides deliveries to various businesses through **** & **** drivers. Roadie advertised that it will pay any accumulated tolls through reimbursement while making such deliveries. Roadie wants a copy of tolls. Over. $800.00 of toll receipts (although a lot are now cashless) were sent to Roadie. Nothing was ever paid!!! Payment arrangements had to made between myself and the toll company in order to prevent my license from being suspended. If there is suspension I am not able to work or provide for my family. Roadie is now requesting for me to match up dates with tolls They did NOT have that stipulation before I started.. Why should provide the matchup when it is their responsibility to determine which tolls need to be paid? If I wanted to, I am unable to provide a receipt for every toll. By the time the cashless tolls send you a bill, it's at least 30 days old. This is where the suspension of the license looks over one's head. I pay out as much as i make because I have to stay pretty local to prevent taking jobs that are longer which has tolls and pay more. I just want reimbursement as they advertised that "they" would pay the tolls. They cannot ever talk to anyone long enough to get any resolution.

      On June 17 2023 I purchased Airpods from **** ******* and chose delivery (order #*******************. **** *** chose to use 'Roadie' to deliver the package on June 19 2023 (Roadie tracking number *******************). The Roadie driver delivered the package to the incorrect house. They included a picture of the package delivered, the picture not being my house. I contacted **** ***, they told me nothing they can do because their vendor shows delivered. Roadie opened a ticket (*******) to investigate. They stated they contacted the delivery person, and that person said they dropped it off at the correct address (even though their photo is not of my house). Roadie stated they would contact me regarding the investigation. They have not done so, they have no timeline when this will happen, and my calls to them are now not being answered. We are now nearing 2 weeks and there is no resolution.

      I subcontract through the roadie for through various senders. There is an issue regarding drop off sometimes or a discrepancy with a sender and a delivery address. There are various issues that I've seem while delivering on the roadie platform. The phone number for roadie driver support seems to lead to a dead end. No one ever answers the phone. Often the phone will ring and then hang up or ill be told tol leave my number at the beep and someone will call me back. Noone ever does. Chat support isn't any better. It takes over an hour to get some one and when I do the agent is incompetent and useless at solving a problem. More recently I've been taking deliveries a couple times a week for a particular sender. They want me to wait over 30 minutes for a delivery when roadie says 15 minutes is approate. These deliveries are already low paying and the time the sender wants me to wait would make my hourly wage be lower then minimum wage.The sender wants me to violate the rules that roadie has set. I've complained to various people representing the sender. I've tried to contact roadie but was unsuccessful. More recently within a couple days a stafe member complained that I was unwilling to wait for customers. She lied and exaggerated because she didn't like the answer I gave when asking me to wait up to 30 minutes different from what roadie requires. Roadie locked my account without checking the validity of the claim. There investigation simply is just taking the word of what someone says whether it is true or false. I've emailed roadie multiple times and have received no response. I have however gotten automated emails. While running a business there needs to be an actual investigation before firing someone. They need to worry about taking care of their drivers and not just senders.
