Friday Jan 13. $300 But if you look at the ****** reviews - this man has a history of doing this. I woke up in a panic with bites on my legs and immediately called Kareem. I was happy when he answered and it wasn't a service. Unfortunately, he fed off my fear, insisted I pay him CASH immediately before he even booked an appt - could not book if I didn't pay - but promised to give me back my payment if it doesn't work out. Because I was totally panicked, I did it. I later calmed down and realized that I had an allergic reaction and called him to cancel. He told me he would send me back my cash but my payment was being held 2 business days. (It was a ***** payment - this could not have been true). I am still waiting on that payment. He has since told me he sent it, I have yet to see it and then he blocked my number. With the $300 I sent he then turned around and hired an outside person he was going to pay $75. (I even told him to send me back the $225 if he still needs to pay this person) This man is a fraud from start to finish. And I have yet to see any sort of effort towards payment. Online there is another instance where he did the same but for $2K. This business is not properly run and no one should insist on cash before the appt is made.Initial Complaint

We paid Eco Bug $500 in April to come do an extermination the following week. We resolved the issue early, and canceled our appointment several days before the original appointment. The employee we spoke with said he would refund our money. He has repeatedly said he would refund our money, but has not yet done so.
