ExecuNet is a deceptive job assist scam - called snd emailed but no answer of course. Why r they autodrawing $ out of my bank account? i never wanted this 39.00 a month and never enrolled or cancelled immediately You took 39.00 in March AND April without my consent from my ***** acct FOR NOTHING- of course your closed when I call! We did all we could immediately after she contacted us. We canceled her access. The access is a subscription and a recurring monthly charge as agreed on when she joined and as presented on our website in our terms of service.

I signed up for their service using *********** (which creates a credit card that can be used one time - and is used to ensure nobody steals the credit card information). After signing up for the service, I was notified by *********** that the credit card I used at Execunet was attempted to have been used at retail stores. Fortunately, it was declined due to it being a one-time use card. I have tried to contact you directly but you did not respond so I am responding through the BBB process.
I am sorry to hear about what you describe.
It doesn’t seem possible that we could have been the source of the potential use you describe as we never receive the credit card information for transactions online, like yours.
It is strictly encrypted and kept and handled by the major credit card processing service we use called ******** *********** ****** Every year we go through a thorough compliance review of our systems by *** and have always past all compliance tests that prohibit the type of activity you are describing.
*** is very happy to followup with *** to determine more about what could have happened. Can you identify the *** location and any other information that you have so they can research this further.

I am rejecting this response because:*********** was used, is very secure, and was made for this purpose. It creates a one time virtual card. There is NEVER a physical card involved in the process, and it was a one time card that was successfully used on your site.
You can tell me all you want that it's not possible, but yet it happened.
