On Jan. 30, 2023 I walked into a store on my street that has the ******* sign on the storefront window, inside I met w/ rep. Michael, with whom I signed a contract for a ******* $630.00 phone, and a no charge on the receipt for a ******* ******** ******* box. I had transferred my ********** services to what I THOUGHT was *******. Which, in the store says "Switch and pay $25/3 years". I paid Michael $93.19. I got home and the Internet box didn't work. So, the next morning I went to "another ******* store", thinking that I could trade this ******* too expensive phone for something MUCH cheaper. They then informed me that they couldn't give a refund because that store on my street is TECHNICALLY NOT ******* AT ALL, but a franchise of. They advised me to return to that store, get a refund, have the account closed, then come back so they could help me. I came back home and went to the store on my street, that I'd since learned is NOT *******, BUT ******** **** ***** ** ******* ******* ********* *** *****. I was told Michael was NOT in. So, I told the guy, I've come for a refund. He said $60.00 Restock fee. I said you're kidding, in less than 24 hours and I can't get a refund. I cussed and left. I came back and apologized, I said I am not rude, nor disrespectful, I was upset, and I will return tomorrow. I needed a working phone, and because I had reset the ******* back to factory reset, it no longer worked. I then went to the "REAL *******", told them what happened they told me I'd been scammed, and I should have been able to get a refund. On the signed receipt/contract it states that there is a $35.00 restock fee. OK, after all I DID SIGN IT. At ******* that Friday Feb. 3, 2023, I purchased a different phone & plan for $15.87, which is HOW IT SHOULD HAVE WENT AT WIRELESS ZONE****. Finally on Saturday, I was given a REFUND RECEIPT FROM WIRELESS ZONE, BUT, They NEVER gave me, money, a credit to my account NOTHING. As I was leaving ****** I said You'll be hearing from me.
