Hello I am having trouble with Keter Enviromental Services 4 High Ridge Park #202 Stamford, CT. 06905 I Personally Spoke To Gary C******* An Employee At Keter And I Advised Him That I Was In The Hospital In ICU for A Spinal Injury and I would have either my daughter or brother contact him regarding billing and I also advised him that we rarely used their services because we had the car accident where I lost 2 family members. We Are A Small Business So Of Course This Was Devastating…. . Shortly after that conversation with Gary my daughter was hospitalized as well so we were closed From November 1, 2022 and are still closed Currently… No one has used any services there because we are both in ******* treating. My daughter is doing PT and I am at a different hospital preparing for my 5th surgery and I am now considered permanently disabled due to the accident and in a wheelchair until I can finish treating. We attempted to email this company to let them know we are not there in hopes they would suspend services until we return or close the account until we return They Refused even though we are not using their services. We Need help unable to resolve this with Keter or Gary They are extremely strict with their billing
