I have purchased a license from BMG for the rights to record music for my own personal use (no covers, no releases, no sampling, just my own personal listening/playing) that is published by WWEs ************ However, when trying to find the music, they do not have it anywhere available online to record, whether it be ******** Spotify, or ITunes. For example, Midnight Express (one of the many songs I purchased a license for) is not available anywhere digitally online. Their contact information is incorrect on their corporate website, as their phone number does not work. Their corporate/production team does not know how to contact them either. So there is no where to contact them in regards to recording the music. I would like the proper contacts, and to get this resolved, so that I can properly enjoy the music. On March 16, 2023, I purchased four "Official Platinum Full ***** ******* ***** Seat Section Row A) to WWE Friday Night Smackdown for $140 a piece, totaling $717.50 - Order Number 9-47412/PHI. We arrived at the show on the designated date and time (June 2, 2023 7:45PM). These seats are not even close to full view as advertised, they are in fact, almost fully obstructed. We spent most of our evening being forced to watch the jumbo tron to see what was going on. We were not able to see anyone walking down the runway, at all. We were not able to view anything that was going on outside of the ring. We were not able to see a lot of what was even happening in the ring. I have included several photos (I have many) to show how poorly the view is from these "Premium Platinum Seats." In a main segment with ************ and ***************, our view was fully obstructed by the camera crew standing in the ring and we could not see the majority of that segment. We were not able to see the last match at all between ********************* and ************* at all because Smack Down had finished taping and the crew brought down the camera bar directly in front of us completely blocking our view and let it sit there. Security stood most of the time blocking our view as well. The *************************** show with the female wrestlers was completely obstructed between security and camera crew. These are just a few examples of issues encountered. These seats are advertised as Platinum Seats with a Full View and that is completely false advertising. The fact that these seats are sold at premium price for Full View Platinum Seats is completely misleading and dishonest advertising.Initial Complaint

I was unable to attend a WWE event in ********* ** in December of 2021 due to covid. I reached out to WWE *** Services and they promised to get me tickets to the next live event in my area. I have been trying to contact them for over 2 weeks with absolutely no response. I have tried both email and phone calls.Initial Complaint

Hello I did place an order with WWE shop ******************************* ***** back on 1/8/22 ******************************************************************** /Invoice ID ***************** One of the 3 items in the order was the below item. Which was A Plaque from Survivor Series 2021 PPV.This showed *********************** celebrating being the sole survivor of the Survivor Series Match.Men's Elimination Match Survivor Series 2021 10x13 Commemorative Plaque - No Color $29.99 I did get my plaque on Friday 2/11/22. However they did ship me the wrong item. The sent me an Plaque with the Wrestler.Omos Celebrating winning the 20 man battle royal. Not what I ordered. Which was *********************** Celebrating the 10 man tag win.I did speak with WWE shop on Friday 2/11/22 at 3:42 pm EST. at ************** (1 866 WWE SHOP)They told me they would refund me for the item AND Send me the correct item to make things right.I did get a refund on Saturday 2/12/22 for the Plaque.However they never ever sent me the plaque The last time I spoke with them about the issue they said there was an inventory issue were their supplier labeled the Plaques wrong and sent to them in wrong order which lead to the issue.They said it would be several months to correct this inventory issue. But would still send the right item after things got corrected.When looking at WWE Shop last night I do see they do have the same exact plaque that I ordered on 1/8/22 but They did just change the title of the item. I have sent this email to multiple departments within WWE corporate including making multiple phone calls. This is the gist of my complaint that is not getting resolved.Country Code: ** Name: ************************* Email: ******************* Phone: ************ New customer message: Package Shipment Body: Reference # WWEROANOKE000008; We had 3 VIP Packages that were not fully delivered on location for the ******* event on 05/15/2022. We were informed by email that our packages would be received in one week. On 05/27/2022 I only received 1 package (1 each of the following: Drawstring Bag; Superstar Lanyard; Superstar Hat; WWE Championship Mini Replica Title) that was mailed from WEA TOUR **********. I have written multiple emails, and customer service phone calls, wondering when I will be receiving the other 2 packages? Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. I haven't contacted the Better Business Bureau at this time. Do I need a claim number from them to receive the packages I paid for when I purchased my tickets? Dear Wwe,I have written to you to correct a misunderstanding, I been accused by you of copyright infringement. I want to know how is it my fault if ********************* puts her pictures on my ******** how this is my fault. I didn't post them up there she did. If you don't like her pictures on my ********. You need to speak to her about it and not me. I also think you need to reinstate ***** and *****. It would be foolish to let them go to aew. They don't like 6 on 1 matches. No woman wants to be told to lose on purpose. We need a U.S women's Title belt The matches need to be more real and less scripted. If you don't want ***** to post on my ******** you talk to her about it and not me. It doesn't make any sense. *************** as great as she is could not win a 5 on 1 match. The Raw General Manager needs to make the matches. He seems to have a lot of creative ideas. Austin ****** needs to be like another young version of ***************** I think the fans would love it. The fans don't love you guys taking the belts from Rk Bro. It was a bad move. We don't like Roman ***** getting involved in matches. We need fresh and new ideas and matches and storylines just like the remaking of ********Initial Complaint

I subscribe to Peacock which has ****** rights to WWE Network and so far there hasn't been any updates to the classic areas such as WCW Saturday Night, World Championship Wrestling show, Wrestling Challenge and most footage is edited with music dubbing and missing scenes. The **** Royal Rumble, WrestleMania 15 and WCW Bash at the Beach are all the home video and DVD versions and not the live versions as they have the *** muted which legally they can use now. Segments from The Rock concert Segments from Raw are cut which if it's a parody you can use it Is it possible to redub ***************************** wcw entrances in **** since you can legally use the song you're dubbing. Im sure nothing is going to change with this complaint as I spoke with a guy before from *** and he didn't do anything except lied about giving me the service for free but yet I was paying for it till this day. I hope that you guys can upload more classic content in the on demand section or you're going to lose a customer to all the free stuff that's out there unedited.Initial Complaint

I Placed my order 00482-ws365143 on 1/8/22. This for item Men's Elimination Match Survivor Series 2021 10x13 Commemorative Plaque link for the item is here https://shop.wwe.com/collections/all/products/mens-elimination-match-survivor-series-2021-10x13-commemorative-plaque This item should have the wrestler *********************** on the plague. I kept writing and was told the item was on backorder. This went on until Wed 2/9/22 when I finally got tracking and I got my order on Friday 2/11/22 however it was the wrong item they sent me Omos Survivor Series 2021 10x13 Commemorative https://shop.wwe.com/products/omos-survivor-series-2021-10x13-commemorative-plaque Plaque which is NOT WHAT I ordered. I waited over a month, they took my money and still sent me the wrong item. Attached are pictures of what the correct item is (what I paid for but didnt get) and what the incorrect item was (which is what they sent me)When I spoke to them on the phone they basically told me to like it even though I didnt like it and didnt order it. No offer of a refund, no offer of anything or my time and money lost and no offer to send me the correct item. To Make it worse I did point out to them that I did notice the Sku on the side of the box was for the correct item in this case the *** did item Men's Elimination Match Survivor Series 2021 10x13 Commemorative Plaque but the plaque on the inside was the incorrect plaque. I did advise the same issue probably happen to everyone customer that ordered item Men's Elimination Match Survivor Series 2021 10x13 Commemorative Plaque but got send the wrong item. I placed an order on ***** and had to return it on *****. The item I returned was received by the business on ***** and I have yet to receive my refund. I was told it would take 3-6 business days to porcess my refund. I am getting the run around from this company and I just want my money back. Last person I talked to via email from the *** Store was Jessi and she told me on ***** it would take 3-6 business days. Well today (*****) is 8 business days. ORDER# WS327801 in the amount of ******
