This has to be by far the worst company/management i’ve ever come across. We’ve had a leak in our condo for 3-4 years now and we have contacted the management many many times to come fix our issue but it feels like they’re doing us a favor, because we are clearly paying them to get our stuff done and whenever we call we get no answer, no returning emails and when we do reach them, they give us some excuse. Their customer service is horrible and they speak to you with such rudeness. They have come to fix our problem couple of times and that’s after 10s of emails and calls and texts. they “ fixed” our issue and days after when it starts raining again, the leak comes back. this property management has no idea what they are doing and they’re just ripping us off for our money every month. this company needs to be completely shut down and return all of our money back to us. they don’t even listen to a lawyer that has given them a deadline TWICE to come fix our issue. We have kids in our home and because of the leak, we are starting to have mold and that’s horrible. one of our children has asthma, how do you think this will affect her?? If you are ever given a chance to work with this company, please don’t because they will rip you off. i still can’t believe that after 4 years of having a leak and paying these them every month, our problem still hasn’t been resolved. We even had a window problem as well and when we tried to talk to them about it, we got ignored and said “ yea, do whatever you want” instead of fixing our window for us. the window had a big crack on it and it was definitely a safety hazard for our kids. we had to go to home depot and take matters into our own hands. i’m coming after them because what they did to us should be a crime…
