      Product did not function as advertised. 8/16/23 subscription/product cancelled (******). Yet, still received notice of pending charge on card. Company called: no response. Followed up with email. Automatic response. No action has yet been taken.

      I purchased a ***** ******** Driver last year, which came with an Arccos Golf sensor installed. This piqued my interest so I downloaded the app to use the range-finding service. I found this service to be unhelpful and didn't want to pay the $12+ a month fee to use it. I canceled the service, yet I was charged for the entire year ($155.88). I was unaware of this charge, mainly because I never authorized it. I recently discovered through a newly downloaded banking app that I was indeed charged this amount. The Arccos support team refused to take responsibility, or mitigate this fraudulent charge because the refund request was past the 30 days "required by their policy". I was never notified of this charge through email or phone, both of which were linked to the account. I find these business tactics to be predatory, and dishonest.

      After purchasing ARCCOS Golf Caddie and Wearable Shot Tracker or receiving the hardware as a gift, as I did, with the box advertisement indicating the first year subscription is free: the sensors must be attached the golf clubs, the purchaser must load and install the ARCCOS phone app, pair the clubs to the phone, and finally be told in a hidden policy that the user must provide credit card data to be able to use the equipment.

      i have been charged a subscription fee after canceling it for the last 2 years. customer service refunded my latest charge, but said i would have to reach out to get the original charge credited. the next person i spoke with refused to and would not pass me to a manager to settle it. i have all documents to prove i canceled before payment was due.

      I purchased a trial subscription for $119.88 from with Arccos Golf LLC with the understanding it could be cancelled at any time before trial period ended. I did that on November 30, 2020. I also understood it could be cancelled for any reason. I told them it did not work all the time as advertised and please cancel, I cancelled under the name and credit card provided. Stephan agreed to refund in 5 to 10 business days but then when I tried to reverse charges through my credit card company, he tried to show it as a legitimate charge. This company falsely advertises their warranty or trial subscription and then does everything in their power to charge and keep money fraudulently! They really should be prosecuted.
