In mid-May I purchased multiple bags of DeMet's Turtle candy. I reached out to the company via email (the only contact I could located as an option) to share my disappointment that multiple candies in each bag (all had the same lot number) were damaged and therefore inedible. On May 20, 2022, Miriam K., Consumer Affairs, ****** ***** ******** ********************* responded and promised coupons would be mailed in compensation for this problem (Reference Number: 000031475A in the email from Miriam with the company). I immediately responded and provided my mailing address for sending the coupons. I have now reached out via email five times having not received the promised coupons and have attempted to locate additional means of contact (see attachment). I did attempt to call a number for ****** ***** ******* and the number does not allow callers to access a person or leave a message. It has now been over two months and I have received no coupons and no reply. What I seek is the coupons or some form of compensation for the inedible product. Any assistance from BBB would be greatly appreciated.
