I call this company today to open my car and make a new key, they were so stupid over the phone the owner call and ask for forgiveness they charged me 450.00 over the phone on my credit card, the guy took 4hr to get the job done, he made the key wrong and when I told him that was wrong he took the key out of my hands and said if I want the key I should pay 700.00 dollars he left my car open on the rain, the airport security has to get involved and moved my car and close the windows and he said that he would brake all the windows I call 911, when the policy told him that he was going to take him if he lock my car again he left, was a very scared situation and as a woman I don’t recommend this company to any woman to be alone with this guy, he is violent and completely scared I hope that the BBB take over the position and take this company out of business, they are not for *** they want to receive cash and they are very dangerous.Business response

Hi ******* as we spoke on the phone I explains that this customer was given the key we made her and tried to run away with it ,we didn’t charge her and took our key with us , when we program a new key to ****** and the all keys are lost the old key will stop working , apparently customer found her old key later on and demanded us to go back there to fix it , obviously we didn’t really wanted to give service to that customer later on but still sent a different tech with the working key we made the night before and asked customer to pay with cash only and just 300$ , 150 less than the original quote she agreed and when tech went on site she again refused to pay , eventually because of a police officer that was on site she paid after 2 hrs my guy was on site. It was super hard to satisfy this customer and unfortunately after all we did she still decided to get us a complaint . Thank you
