Completely dishonest firm. They bully, they steal, and they have no regard for other people's property. A police report has been filed for stealing property. Very bad attitude and disrespectful.

This is a review being left by a realtor who placed a sign in front of one of our condominiums. We called and asked the realtor for credentials, what unit he was trying to rent out so that we could work with him to place advertisement appropriately according to the governing documents of the condominium, or a permit stating this sign could be placed in front of the condominium doors before we removed it in order to try and work with him on this matter. He refused and having no verification or information on the advertisement being placed we folded the bi fold and moved it aside for him to pick up as it's our job as management to monitor what is being done/placed on, in, and around the property. Our company has not been able to speak with Mr. Buswell as the phone calls are abruptly ended by Mr. Buswell each time. The sign remains placed to the side in the front of the building, in the same spot where it was placed for Mr. Buswell to pick up at any point he chooses as our company does not and will not ever steal. An employee called to confirm a police report number with ******* police, but it was not obtained from Mr. Buswell and the police did not have any complaints registered associated with Mr. Buswell as of 6/27/2023 at 2:38 p.m. Additionally, they had communicated last contact with Mr. Buswell was in the prior year (2022).
