On December 28th I took my cat to Pieper and was given a diagnosis of one eye ulcer in the left eye. I was told it was probably from another cat in the house. They gave us antibiotic ointment for the eye. Went back on the 4th of January. Saw a different vet. She said there were 2 ulcers. One in each eye. No explanation. Did a debridement without explaining that either. Cat was much worse afterwards. His herpes flaired up horribly. They never suggested an antiviral which a standard treatment for herpes. When I requested it over the phone today (Jan 6th) the receptionist said they would have it at the other location and to call. I did and they did and then Dr. Johnson called me back and tells me she won’t prescribe it. My cat is suffering MORE because of them and they charged me all that money and refuse to actually help. I want a full refund and to never see or hear from these people again!!
