I booked a hotel and parking package online. I am unable to retrieve my receipt. When I log on it says reservation not found. I am unable to contact the company by phone as no phone number is listed. I’ve asked for my receipt by email but get a canned email reply in return. I charged $370.00 for this reservation.

I was charged 597.47. My total invoice was 415.60. An overcharge of 181.87. I have tried to contact company endlessly. I either need the total amount back and purchase cancelled or the overcharge returned. My booking date is Monday and I need this cleared up as soon as possible.

Thru ParkSleepFly.com, reservation & payment for ********* ******* ***** * **** *** for 2 nights & 15 days parking ********* @ $262.97, to ensure car safe for lengthy trip/rest since we live in **. Hotel very 1st in list on PSF.com, w/alleged 4.5 stars & great photo of sign (no bldg). For utilitarian purpose, theoretically had no reason to doubt ******. Receipt has no itemization in the pricing which seemed a bit odd but the total was $262.97, seemed ok for 2 nights. Hotel in shadiest locale, behind abandoned buildings, itself attached to two empty hotels. Arrived too late night before very early flight w/no time to find alternative. Have never experienced anything like this. Armed guards walked the hallways in which a skunk/s had sprayed, machines didn't work, no window in room, stained torn linen, filthy carpet, broken furniture, vanity hanging, allowing huge cockroach to jump from toilet paper, onto my thigh in mid night restroom visit, etc. Terrified of bugs in luggage, or catching something before we got on the boat. Sleepless Nightmare had profound impact on luxury cruise. We worried about the car and knew we'd not reenter or discuss with hotel staff since this was thru third party. 4/17 was first of voluminous emails, many tries to even get a response from PSF, no phone #. Every snarky, improper response was from "Nicole" or "Jeff" who reiterated, "We don't control the hotel, We didn't give rating, It's not our job to give you a refund, You didn't cancel, you can't get a refund, We hope you use this service again." There was a game of ping pong, two entities blaming the other, ensuring no assistance/no refund. GM alleged she told staff to authorize refund on virtual card that PSF was to release. Never happened. Then, PSF alleged $73 credit to card which hasn't happened and no idea how that figure applies to this situation with total of $262.97. It was clear staff enjoyed this game, hoping we'd give up. Couldn't even leave review on the PSF site.

I paid for 8 days of parking (4/17/2024 to 4/27/2024) in advance near ****** ******* in ******* ******** through Park sleep fly. (Confirmation # ********) The total was $113.58 when I arrived on April 17, 2024 at **** ***** ****** ***** ******** *** The parking lot was vacant. There were signs that said vehicles would be towed there was no attendant present, and when I called the phone number on my confirmation email ***** *******. The number was disconnected. I went on the park sleepfly website. There was no other availability for parking. Therefore I had to park at the airport for the duration of my trip , I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund with no response. They provide no other means of communication for customer service issues.

The business does not offer a cancellation page. I’ve emailed, tried to find a number, submitted requests— but nothing!! I’m reading other reviews that this is a scam. I tried to cancel within 24 hours but it’s not easy to when they don’t give you an option. They don’t have representatives and don’t offer any information.

I Booked 2 nights and 9 days of parking through this reservation with Park Sleep Fly. The reservation ID was *******. The total with all charges was supposed to be $416.01 Reservation specifically states it includes: - 10/13-10/14 overnight stay - 10/20-20/21 overnight stay - Parking until 10/21 The day that I booked I paid $51.69 and it stated the remaining balance I would pay upon check-in would be $364.32 for the 2 nights and the 9 days of parking. However, this is what I was charged.9/22/23 $51.6910/16/23 $236.7310/22/23 $236.73 Total being $525.15which is $109.14 over the invoiced amount I was supposed to pay. I called the ******** hotel on 11/6 and th ey stated I had to contact Park Sleep and Fly even though they were the ones that overcharged me. I then called Park Sleep and Fly on 11/6 and had to leave a message. Nobody has called me back. I emailed on 10/21, 10/24, and 10/25 and I have not received any emails back just responses saying they received my email and will email me back. I finally recieed a response from park sleep fly. They told me.to call ********. ******** tells me to call Parl Sleep and Fly. Neither are helping me.

We have resolved this issue with the hotel and they have agreed to issue a refund to the customer. Our business is a third party service provider so if a charge originates with the property we are unable to issue a refund, it must be approved by the property.
