I placed an order through the app, but wasn't able to pick it up and they processed my order and charged me and I asked for a refund and still haven't received my $23.48. It has been since Friday April 28, 2023. I have a case number from when I called and spoke to someone about my refund. It is #********. I just want my refund. It shouldn't take months to get back $23.48 from a multimillion dollar company.Business response
