I called Eliminate 'Em when I discovered a large wasp's nest in a 2nd story window soffit. I picked them based their 24/7 service. I spoke with Ray on Sat afternoon and he said he would be there Sun. at 10 a.m. 10 a.m. came & went, so I call him. He said that he would be there Monday, not Sunday. I agreed to wait until Monday. Ray arrived on time. He sprayed the roof near the nest from the ground & told me the wasps would die over the next few days. It rained the next few days & Ray called me to see if the wasps were gone. I told him they weren't. He agreed to come back and treat again the next week. Ray came back & put a bee suit on this time. He climbed up a ladder & got closer to the nest and sprayed 3 different pesticides on the roof near the nest. A week went by & the wasp activity increased. I called again. He agreed to come back out. The morning of the next appointment he texted me & said he would have to reschedule due to a family emergency. He rescheduled me for Oct. 10. I told him I may not be home, but it was fine for him to come. I saw him pull up to the house that morning. When he didn't knock on the door, I went outside. He told me he sprayed from the ground again, but that he needed help from someone else to get up on the roof to take care of the problem. He promised to call me by the end of the day with a new appointment. I didn't hear from Ray by the end of the day, so I texted him. He said he talked to his boss & he would be out today with a bee pole that would allow him to spray the pesticide directly into the hole where the wasp nest is. 1 hour before the appointment, he texted me to tell me that his supervisor wouldn't let him come back because he had sprayed some pesticide on the roof on Mon. and wasn't allowed to come back for a few weeks. I called Ray's boss, Colin & explained everything that happened. He spoke to his boss & they agreed to refund 50% of the money even though the service was 100% guaranteed.

I explained my problem thoroughly to Romano and was quoted $3850 was scheduled out 3 weeks, and then the day of he called to give me a time and then said they would only resolve part of my issue unless I agreed to pay more money on top of the $3850. The technician lied to get more money, and management allowed it.

I was completely ripped off by this company. A bat got in through my crawl space on a Saturday. It was laying dead out of the crawl space door in a spare bedroom. I made numerous calls and confirmed with Eliminate Em that they would remove the bat, plus also seal the entry. I said ok then come because someone n ******* couldn't guarantee anything which is useless. I guess the technician had claustrophobia and refused to enter the crawl space, so we had to in order to seal it to prevent another bat coming in. It was not tested for rabies so then everyone in the house had to get the Rabies vaccines series which were very unpleasant. This was a nightmare. I tried to reach the owner. We had some back and forth calls. I left a message because I'm a nurse and didn't always get the call, but he never returned my last call from about 6 weeks ago and he never picked up my calls. I was just charged $300 for bat removal. I will never use or recommend this company.

Brian was very professional and was able to get my father to agree to use the services . His knowledge helped to put us at ease tremendously. He was also on time and very efficient.
