    Purchased a jeep GC overland in November 2020, at my first oil change I found my oil was leaking, I called the dealer and they “fixed” the problem, during my second oil change I was made aware it was still leaking, I called the dealer and they said it was just residual oil and cleaned it off. At my third oil change I was made aware there was still a leak, the dealer told me it was certainly not leaking. I drove it until July 2022 when the spark plugs finally failed and I was having major trouble with the jeep. I made an appointment for august for them to look at it again when finally they confirmed it had been leaking oil this whole time and it was going to be considered under my warranty for a motor replacement. They said it would take a few weeks. After a few weeks and understandable parts delay, I asked if I could instead trade in the jeep for another since I have been waiting without a car. Service checks with management who gives me the green light to do so. I go test drive another vehicle and get my trade offer, to my surprise is $6000 less than I would expect and the answer I’m given is because the motor is bad. When I rebuttal that they are getting a new motor under warranty, the salesman then tells me management now does not want to take my trade in at all and I am sent on my way. I emailed management with my frustration (to which no one replied or even tried to reach out again). I asked if I could instead have a loaner car since it had been over a month at this point and I was shrugged off being told to just go to enterprise and get a rental out of pocket. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever been through, they’ll absolutely sell you a car- but don’t expect them to be there when things go wrong.
