I first want to make clear that the person the BBB has listed is no longer the owner. The business address is the same but there is a new owner. The phone number is ###-###-####. On Saturday July 16 I brought my dog to this groomer.I dropped her off at 11:00 and was told she would be ready at 1:00.I had reservations about the business because it was very dirty and smelled bad, there was only one other dog there, and the young woman who was the only one there said her boss has never asked her to get that information when I asked if she needed to see my dog's vaccination record. She was supposed to be bathed, and have her coat and nails cut.I asked for her to be cut very short all over. When I returned for my dog at 1:00 the groomer was still cutting the other dog that had been there at 11:00 and was still the only other dog there. She asked me to come back in an hour.I went back after the hour and she was now cutting my dog.She asked me to go and wait in my car so as not to distract my dog while she was cutting her.I really felt the groomer was not experienced and didn't know what she was doing. She was very nervous. When I went back in she was still cutting my dog and I had to help her by holding my dog. I really just wanted to get my dog out of there. I know the groomer knew she did not do a good job as she was very nervous about her boss being upset with her. When my dog was "finished" her coat was very uneven and not short as I had requested.I don't think the dog was bathed and I later discovered that the dog's nails had not been clipped as they were still long and sharp and should have been much shorter and would have been dull, not pointed had they just been cut. When I asked how much I owed the groomer told me she had to take a picture of my dog and text it to her boss. She again commented that her boss would probably be angry with her. It was 80.00!! This is the most I have ever paid--and for the worst job. I blame the owner. She should not be in business
