I purchased a used vehicle and they sold me a car that needs a new engine. When I drove it off the lot I brought it right back. They said they “fixed” the problems for about 6 months of me bringing it back and forth to them. They never fixed anything. I brought the car to get it diagnosed somewhere else and they told me it needed a new engine. I ended up having to purchase a new car and am stuck still paying for this one. They stopped answering my phone calls in July of late year. I am now being sued for the vehicle as I cannot afford two payments.

I purchased a 2009 **** from them. The moment I left the lot the whole dashboard lit up with showing there’s problems. I immediately brought it back. All they did was clear it. When I got home the hood was smoking. Coolant was leaking terribly. I brought it back. They said they glued something together and it should be fixed. It wasn’t. Oil started leaking shortly after. In the mean time the horn doesn’t work and all tires were nearly bald. I had to pay for all new tires. I brought it down to them at least 20 times to clear the dashboard with each time stating the problem is fixed. I showed them papers from auto zone showing the codes (same one each time) and they said no it’s not that. They stated they changed the oil pump- I got a second opinion from a mechanic saying they didn’t (I also paid half of that repair). As I was driving with my family one day the car wouldn’t excel well- turns out the turbo blew. I brought it back again- they took it overnight and stated nothing is wrong. At this point I demanded someone going for a drive to show them. A man who doesn’t even work there but hangs around all the time got in, I showed him and his response was they don’t have certified mechanics at their shop and cannot work on this vehicle. Well how did you put a new oil pump in my car? I called numerous other times after I found out from a certified mechanic that they sold me a car that needs a new engine. They refused to answer my calls or return my voicemail. This all happened in a 6 month span of time. I tried trading in the vehicle but nobody would take it. Now I am being sued by the bank that I have a loan out for the **** because I cannot afford two car payments.

there has been no interaction between our dealership and this customer for minimally 2 years. Nonetheless, our dealership has not received a complaint or phone call from said customer but is now filing a complaint on BBB almost 3 years later. There is no argument or valid complaint to report.' Please advise.
