            Misleading Information and Poor Customer Service... I recently visited the ******* Wireless Zone store on ***** ****** **** ** ********* *** and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was misled during the trial process of the ******* Internet Gateway, claiming it was a risk-free 30-day trial with an easy return process at the store. However, when I attempted to return the equipment, I was told I needed to call the ******* Wireless corporate 800 number, a step that was not explained during the initial sale. The owner, Josh, handled the situation poorly. Instead of addressing my concerns, he dismissed them and insisted that the initial explanation was sufficient. To make matters worse, he rudely told me to leave the store when I sought clarification and better customer service. Moreover, I was charged $68.07 for the equipment, a fee not mentioned during the initial transaction. Although I understand it's a temporary charge to be refunded upon return, this information should have been transparently communicated.

            Either they dont have any knowledge of the equipment they sell or are only out for their commissions. My 75 year old mother went to the store because her iPhone screen was dim to ask for help and they spent 30 minutes trying to sell her a new phone and plan told her the "digitizer" was bad. Luckily she called me at home and before spending $800 and I checked the phone and she had accidentally dimmed the screen a 2-second fix. If you cant figure that out in 30 minutes knowing you are dealing with a 75 year old woman on a fixed income either you are taking advantage for a commission or need a refresher on your most popular phone brand. Spoke to the manager and all he can do was defend how Trey spent 30 minutes with my mom which to me is worse that you couldnt check that option instead of 30 minutes pushing a sale.
