I’m a unit owner at one of the Condo facilities that County manages. Last February (2023) I had a water pipe break in my kitchen and flood my unit. I was not home at the time. When I received notice to get home from the Fire Department, I was half of an hour away. When I got home. County was already there. Gary and his entire staff have been there to help from day one. They assisted in putting in my claim. And helped me with the restoration. Not only a restoration, but what is acceptable to me. This allowed me to use my own money to upgrade things that were not covered by the insurance. Getting me back to where I plan to stay. From someone in the Quality profession for over 40 years, I give County an A+Review from Debra D

I have owned my condo at Tanglewood Condominiums in Shelton, CT for eight years. I pay dues on a 2 bedroom unit and live with my teenage son who will be of driving age soon, amd yet I was only allowed one parking spot. My neighbors who just moved in live alone, also pat dues on a 2 bedroom, and have two spots. They're removing visitor spots and ignore my attempts to communicate to get them fixed. Some residents who are in one bedrooms are given two spots and live alone also. And the company barely manages the property unless it's basic lawn mowing. It took three years to get rhem to finally fix my chimney, which was leaking water into my fireplace and coming out onto the hearth. I had to stay on top of them endlessly to fix it, and I pay nearly $300 a month in dues. The finances are a mess, amd they barely have money in reserves. I think there needs to be an audit of the budget because the property has no amenities either. The Board is useless and filled with old people who don't want to approve paying for anything.
