I put in a request for a return 30 days ago. Their site explicitly says in their return policy it will take 24-72 hrs to generate a RMA. I repeatedly reached out via email and phone and still have not received an RMA number. I received a product that was not only defective but was not even close to the website description. The website explicitly said it was made of metal. Instead, I received the same garbage plastic product I've received from ******, ****** *****, ***, * ****** and *** *********. ALL ARE THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT. They're charging me more for better marketing and a different branding. Why is that okay? How is that considered ethical? I apologize I have to send a message like this. It's a total waste of our time. I hope all that makes sense. I appreciate your time and consideration. ****
