    March 16, 2023, I purchased a ****** ***** ****** $78,000. Only to find myself, 4 months into owning a *** *** ***** ****** RV that has incurred many major issues including 3 areas on the roof that have leaked (skylight in hall, skylight into the bathroom, and solar panel in the kitchen) that have been “repaired”, being without a fully functioning refrigerator for almost 5 weeks, water heater/propane tank issue, multiple lock/latch issues, and a battery unable to sustain or achieve fully charged due to it being set to lithium but being provided a lead acid which was not what the manager told me I was receiving. My RV has had several smaller issues as well which has required many hours of research, customer service contact, and unavailable for me to use due to being in the shop for one quarter of the time that I have used it. Last night, we experienced the 5th leak incident in the kitchen after many repairs to my roof that have been completed by their service department. As we all know, when a unit has a leak, it compromises the integrity of the unit never mind having 3 leaking areas on the roof and 5 active leak occurrences in just 4 months. I have been in contact with Camper's Inn multiple times a week for several months now beginning just a few days after the purchase. Camper's Inn continues to evade submitting the paperwork properly to ***** ****** on any of the roof work or issues that I am experiencing, therefore leaving me with no course of action and a faulty roof on my unit. I have owned my unit for 4 months but due to the repeated repairs, I have only had possession of this RV for a 3/4 of the time leaving me paying for a site at a campground without having access to my unit. Camper's Inn is not providing the level of service that they quote as their mission.

    I really wish it were possible to give zero starts. We purchased our camper in October 2021 and should have known it was going to be a train wreck. It was a rainy day when we were shown our new unit for the first time and it took forever for the salesman to get the keys to work. Ok, things happen, lets see where we go from here. The showing goes just fine and we work a deal. As part of the deal, we ask them to add a second AC, since the unit is prepped for one, and it was already known there was an issue with the door locks. Come delivery day, there is no second AC (ok, COVID delay, we have until next season to worry about it), the locks are still not functioning, and now the TV remote is missing. Everyone agrees that they owe us these items and we take the unit home. A few weeks go by and I call to ask about keys and locks. We have had the unit home and couldn't secure our very expensive purchase. To which they give us a handful of master keys to get by. We can now secure most of the unit... kind of (master keys, if I have them, most bad guys do too!). Now we get into camping season. I replaced all of the locks, at my expense, as the dealer has not communicated, nor cared about fixing any issue. There has been no word on my second AC, and I replaced the MISSING TV remote, again at my expense. We get through the camping season, and my family had a great time, no thanks to Campers Inn. I contacted Campers Inn and suddenly they have the second AC. There was never an attempt to contact me or my wife earlier. We set up an appointment and I dropped the unit off in early to mid September. After waiting a year, it took them three weeks to complete the install of the second AC. It is now June of 2023. They are the sellers that have not provided outstanding items to me. We have been more than patient and have not been shown any respect, after the purchase. Take your business elsewhere.
