They cancelled an order for over $200 worth of product and said they "cannot commit to a timeline or guarantee refunds." This is likely a fraudulent business. Stay away.Review from Douglas Y

Please avoid this store, they are scamming everyone and updating their terms of service for returns/refunds. I have reached out to them requesting for a refund for preorder items that were supposed to be shipped out in the beginning of December, but still missing at this time and they are stating they are unable to provide any refunds due to their ‘financial hardships’. I will be filing a report to my credit card company as fraudulent transaction and to other authorities for review.Review from Jonathan F

I pre ordered paldean fates back in November I noticed about a week ago that the business was temporarily closed so I emailed them called them and even tried reaching out through but no luck then I noticed the other day their website said open on Sunday morning but by afternoon is said permanently closed and now they have taken their store completely off of the internetReview from Ming Z

I preordered one piece product in September for a December release. When release date comes around, they do not send any email confirming anything. It was only when I reached out did they tell me they had allocation issues. I chose to wait and see since the product had almost doubled in price. After weeks of no communication, they cancelled my order in January and have yet to issue me a full refund. Currently in the process of working with the CC to get my money back. This place is also now permanently closed as per Google, which adds to the many shady and deceptive business practices done by Clutch Cards.Review from Julia L

I had never heard of this business and made the mistake of pre-ordering a shiny treasures booster box. I had radio silence about the order until I messaged them and was told it would be a few weeks longer. after that I did not hear back from them until I submitted a desire for a refund. I received an email about receiving a prompt refund however it's been 2 weeks since then and over amonth and half after I was meant to receive the product. They removed themselves from the app where I purchased from them and all of their social media pages. I do not recommend buying or trusting this company.Review from Adeel Z

Preordered months in advance. Prices of the product went up and they decided on to fulfill my pre order after months of holding my money. They would not respond to emails and phone would just ring and then turn off. Very suspicious and i would stay away from this place. I had to work with my CC to get my refund.Review from Min G

Despite my better judgement, I preordered One Piece cards in September 2023 that was going to be released in December 2023. When December 2023 rolled around, there was no communication so I emailed them asking for status of what's going on. They emailed me back saying that they were allocated far less numbers so they were not able to fulfill the order. (Which, I get it, that happens but here's where it goes bad to terrible). Last email I have received was December 12th, 2023 and now it's January 15th, 2024 and I've sent 3 emails asking for updates and no reply. This is not a single incident but according to reddit users, many people are being affected by this All of a sudden, their physical location is closed to the public. And then their website, everything is "sold out." It seems like a desperate attempt to salvage their breaking reputation by "shutting down" temporarily so that reviews can't be written on their website. I did see that they did open up pokemon preorder for a short while so you know that they will do whatever it takes to take the money in for a free loan.Review from tony t

Ordered items from them on 12/07/2024 and was promised a refund. As of 01/10/2024 still no refund and have not answered any of my emails. They ghosted me. Buyer beware.Review from Regie N

Pre-ordered a Onepiece TCG, allocation must be know 1 week ahead of time from the distrobutors before release day, but the clutch.cards didnt send any email to all the customers who purchase a preorder. they were getting paid by our payments in interest, and we got nothing from them and heard nothing from them, their phone number is also hard to call and voicemail is full too.
