So I purchased this vehicle in December, when I purchased it I was not able to get the vehicle for almost a week and a half. Until I made complaints about me having to go to work, they gave me dealer tags for my car to drive. They could not register my car because they said they had paperwork problems, so I was driving with a dealer tag for a month and no registration my insurance lapsed on me twice because of them not giving me a registration. They falsified a stamp from the insurance company to try to get my registration. My insurance company said they never stamped any paperwork. I called multiple times to get this situated and it took a very long time. Come to find out the previous owners were selling and didn’t want to really deal with the issue. I had a very bad vibration under my vehicle. Come to find out they had to change out the driveshaft. They told me to call the warranty company and the warranty company said that it was a pre-existing situation so they could not cover the work. Finally, the new owner tried to help me out by getting New parts. But since they have put on the new parts on my vehicle, my car has been driving worse. I’ve had to bring my vehicle back and forth to *********** on multiple occasions, their mechanic that they have is not certified. I’ve tried to be very patient But is going on three months and my vehicle is still not where you should be able to drive it comfortably. I called the owner back and said that there’s still problems with my car. He said he would give me $100 credit towards a Shop out this way because he can’t have me driving back-and-forth to *********** , I’m almost certain that whatever work needs to be done on this car is gonna cost more than $100. He told me to call the warranty company and they should be able to take care of it which they will not because this is a pre-existing situation as they also know I told him I wanted my money back for my car and he said that’s not gonna happen.
