      The last time of contact was 6/6/2023 First Connecticut Credit Union out out ************ has repeatedly called me and inform me about my wife's past due balances for her car loan. Jim from the collections department has on numerous occasions let it be known to me directly why he is calling about my wife's car note, what the issue is, and how much is past due.

      I have been with this credit union for over three years. They have issues crediting the correct account. I have to call every time I send in a payment to have them credit the correct account. I recently sent a check thru their app and they had an issue with the endorsement. I get charged late fees when they caused the problem. I called the other day to speak to a manager and still have not received a call back. I would leave them but I have an auto loan with them. Can you please help me ?

      I purchased a vehicle on May 5, 2022 from ******* **** *** ** **** *** ********* ** *****. My payment was due on June 5, 2022. I never received any paperwork from this bank regarding my payments, rate, or anything of that sort. I called several times and spoke with several people with a “we’ll get back to you” to no avail. All of this, in the month of May. Fast forward to June 3rd, two days before my payment is due. I phoned them again and this time it was “yea just come in tomorrow and we’ll get it squared out”. NOT TRUE! I went in and ended up making a payment with a teller to an unknown account because he says that my account still hasn’t been set up. I have my receipt with his signature on it. He explained to me that his sister is the loan officer and she’s out on maternity leave and to please call the following week. I call two weeks later and again the same nonsense!!!! I just want to be able to open my account to be able to make my payments without having to drive 25 miles or risk getting my vehicle repossessed behind this banks incompetency! Please help me as this is getting really ridiculous and I’m afraid this will start to hit my and my dads credit (co-signer). Thanks
