I canceled my subscription a month ago however they still charged me for this month and I cannot afford their product. I have made many attempts to contact them through email with no response.Initial Complaint

I purchased a subscription to YU Beauty for 3 products in December 2023. The email and the influencer states to lock in the price in 2023 so it will not change when the price goes up in 2024. I paid $117 for 2023. In January 2024 my price increased to $152. I have contacted the company and the influencer and they just keep repeating that the price went up in 2024. It clearly states “Lock in your current bundle & our 2923 pricing TODAY (for as long as you have that bundle on subscription, your price won’t change). Well it did and they won’t stand behind it.
