I contacted ** ***** via ********* to get my nails done. I have previously done transactions with her. Her real name is Carla. I do not know her last name. We set up an appointment and I sent money to secure my time slot which was $20. All of a sudden she decided not to take me because her friend did not like me. I was fine with that as long as I got my money back. Upon asking for my money back I was met with rude remarks and an argumentative behavior. Automatically she did not give me my money back and basically stole what wasn't hers. At this time she was working at the lash lounge on ******* road in ********* ***********. I decided to contact them via ********* and let them know what she was doing. They offered to pay me $20 on their behalf. Unfortunately this never happened and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the last lounge. However I was told that I would have to go after Karla individually as Karla was paying for a chair at the lash lounge. I am going to add an address that she told me to previously meet her at.
