I contracted with Lawrence Auto Transport to carry one of my vehicles from ******** ** ** **** ****** ***  Everything with the booking arrangements went well. However, it was disturbing at one point, after the contract was confirmed, to receive a call from your company trying to squeeze more money out of me because you had failed to book your desired number of vehicles for transport. I saw to it that this was immediately resolved. You do NOT finalize a contract with a customer and then try to change its terms because you failed at your end. That was most unprofessional. After all of the contract stuff, I was contacted by the actual transport driver, Juan A. G***** He went over all of the details of the loading, transport and unloading of my vehicle. Juan met me at the designated pickup location. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He carefully loaded my vehicle and explained everything that he was doing. Knowing that I would also be making the drive to *** Juan offered valuable route directions to save me from a lot of high traffic areas along my route. Juan continued to communicate with me throughout the transport, and was estimating the arrival and delivery times. When Juan arrived approximately an hour from the designated drop-off location, he again communicated his whereabouts and ETA. I met Juan at the designated unloading location and watched as he carefully unloaded my vehicle from the carrier. I am 100% satisfied with the services I received from Juan. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in need of transport. Many thanks to Juan for a smooth and carefree transport experience. I am most appreciative.
