I took my mother in laws dogs to this vet initially for dental work. I assist her in taking care of them, she was with me for every appointment. I have a list of complaints in regards to this “business” but my main one is we brought two of the dogs for “required” blood work in order to get dental cleanings that we were quoted to be around $240 for each dog. We bring them day, the lady who I’m sure isn’t qualified, takes the dogs inside (we are waiting in the car because of their Covid restrictions still), hour later come back reeking like rubbing alcohol. No fur was shaven. Their necks were wet with the rubbing alcohol and we questioned why. We were told that’s where they take blood from. I asked for the results when they come in, they said no problem. This service came to over $700. I have called them countless times requesting these records that are paid for. My current vet has called countless times requesting these records. I have been hung up. Screamed at. The list goes on. It is going on almost a month of back and forth with them just trying to get these records.
