      I bought a 2019 car for 25,000$. I live in *** **** and the dealer is in ****. The dealer knew I was registering the car in *** **** because they did it for me. I received my plates in the mail and then took my car for an inspection. The car failed. The car has tints on it that are not legal in *** ****. I want the dealer to remove them as they were aware of a restrictions or if they were not, they should have made me aware upon buying the car. I have called to speak with someone to no avail. Right to voice mails of departments I don’t need to speak with and no call backs.

      To Whom It May Concern, I visited Shakers family Hyundai to purchase a car. There was problem after problem. My biggest concerns are that I was given a vin number on my purchase order. I registered it with my insurance and drove home. They called my insurance never me and told me that it was the wrong vin number, the car they gave me was different than the vin on the purchase order. I’m not sure the difference between the two cars because they wouldn’t give me a paper stating what features the vehicle had. The car had more miles on it than the paper stated but I was trying to leave as I had an appointment at a hospital over an hour away which they knew. Also they told me I had the wrong tax information. They assured me it was correct via phone and e-mail. When I got there to pick up the car the tax was incorrect as I stated. The finance person started screaming when I asked them to adjust the price she was cursing. She didn’t want to change it. The manager offered me a we owe you of $524.18. They told me they would mail the check. The least they could do. I also was supposed to get a free service **** ****. They tried to set it up but it wouldn’t go through. I’m not sure if it was done correctly or what happened with that but I called **** **** and fixed it with them. I’m concerned I won’t get my check, my warranty information, my car won’t be registered correctly and I don’t know why the vin was different. I want this recorded as if I’m the coming days I have more problems I will need intervention. The whole thing was a disaster. I expect my check (at minimum) registration, and warranty information. I expect my car wasn’t switched with a lemon. If it was I want to would like this recorded. Thank you for your time. I hope I do not need intervention in the coming days. Best regards, *********

      I purchased a vehicle august 2nd 2021 I was given only one key the dealer stated and provided documentation that they owe me a second key I have called for months and they have lied to me and ignored my calls every time I contact them the manager does not want to speak to me he even gave me a number to send the provided document back to him and no response I called every single month since I was told I only needed to wait 4 weeks and they still have no provided me with my spare key

      i had an remote car starter put in on 11/04/21. since then I have had multiple issues with the odometer resetting to 0 everytime i turn off the car and turn it back on. it says the trunk is open when it is not. it says i need air in the tires when i dont. so it caused some computer problems. there are more issues. I have reached out to the dealer multiple times a week and now they will not answer my calls to fix it. I need help with just having this issue fixed. all I want is it to be resolved so my car is working they way it was prior to installing the remote starter. this is a 2021 hyundai accent. this is for ******* **** ********** *** i am filing the claim for my father. please call Us.......

      We had corrected this customers concern already. The remote started was repaired some time ago.
