      I bought my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on Wednesday night to have my Jeep serviced. I was told that I would have a quote by Friday the lastest. Monday morning and I still haven't heard anything after leaving several voicemails. I spoke with the owner on 8/7/24 Corey S***** and he had the worse bedside matters. After explaining everything I went through I ask if he could he re train his staff in customer service and that I should receive a discount after all the aggravation i endure from his staff. " This man told me that the bill was 400.00" when I called they said the estimate was 186.00. " He states that this was a joke and that he wouldn't do this to his customers. Worse dealership Worse customer service and Corey s****** you are a snake

      what a service , i book for oil change a month a go in advance at 10 o'clock, and when i arrived at 10 , i told them i have doctor appointment at 11 , but they finished the job by 12:30 . lost my doctors appointment and half of my job never recemented. The manager was so rude and unpleasant.

      Bought my car in 2020. Every six months since it’s being towed there. Same problem happens every time. They have made me pay for the diagnostic even tho it’s under warranty. They have made me pay for new spark plugs for a car that’s got 50k miles at the time. They have replaced hoses and the radiator. Also tried telling me I am behind on oil changes even tho only they do them. They did a oil consumption test that came back inconclusive. They do not answer the phones, they do not care about customers or their problems. Shakers family Hyundai definitely only cares about their pockets not their customers. They tell you when you buy from them that they provide loaners when your car is broke but not one time in the 8 it’s been towed there do they provide one. But they will charge for every little thing they can once they do actually look at your car. I was told 2-3 weeks this time. It’s been there 25 days just for them to tell me today it will be another 2-5 weeks. Still have to make car payments and get transportation for my long commute to work. They also didnt disclose that the car had been in an accident prior. They are not transparent, honest, or concerned beyond the measure of making sales. Absolutely disgusting service. 100% do not recommend.

      It is LAUGHABLE that their tagline is "Buy Transparently"... The beginning of my troubles started when I went to this dealer, looking for a used car of another brand that they had as part of their inventory. I went with outside financing and received a good rate, so I knew I would not be interested in financing offered by the dealership. Until the day I signed the paperwork, they kept asking if I'd be interested in providing my info to see if they could offer me a better rate-- No thanks. They tried convincing me that the bank I was using tended to "drag things on" for a bit and it "could take a while." My paperwork from the bank said, as long as the DEALER faxes the necessary paperwork to them, it would take (on average) 1-2 days for the financing to get approved and put through. I went to sign papers on a Wednesday. The following Monday, which was a Federal Holiday, the dealership called asking if I've heard from the bank because they haven't gotten anything yet. "Manager is wondering what's going on." Well, the business/finance department hadn't SENT the paperwork to the bank, like THEY were supposed to. So now a 1-2 day process went on to 3-5 days because they dropped the ball. They barely budged on price, car came with only one key and no mats/carpets, and a ding they would've left on the hood of the car had we not told them 3 times we wanted it repaired. If that wasn't bad enough, how about they sold me a Canadian car and never disclosed that until after the purchase, when *I* saw some gauges on the dash weren't working. Long story short-- 9 weeks later-- I STILL haven't gotten my car back from them for this repair. It took them 2 weeks to get my car in the garage, another 2 wks to diagnose, 2 wks for the extended warranty THEY sold me to approve the fix, then an ADDITIONAL 2 wks because they ordered the wrong part! Oh, The female call taker in the service dept. needs retraining & an attitude check. This business is terrible and only getting worse!

      Where do we begin. My wife fell in love with a **** **** ******* and we put 6k down for a deposit. It took them 9 days to get it ready. They claimed parts were on order. Ok.....no communication, we had to call them to get updates. Thats nothing. We finally got it on 3/27/23, after waiting for over a week. They claimed it was safety inspected. We took to our mechanic bc immediatly the battery light came on. It was inspected by our mechanic and the alternator was bad which in turn destroyed the fuse box. Bc it was back feeding. So we had to pay $1,100 to fix the alternator and the brakes bc they were inspected and not greased properly. The tires have rot on them, brakes are bad, oil pan is leaking, axle boot is leaking, alternator is bad, fuse box is brunt, and this passed inspection. They have been avoiding us the whole time. I GUESS shame on us for trusting a bogus dealership. We have had several heated conservations with Ed the owner and they dont care about anything but the money. So now the fuse box is gonna cost us another $1,600 and this does not include the $700 to fix the oil pan leak and the axle boot leak. Not to mention $850 for new tires. What in gods name are they doing there. Please please stay away for these shady scammers.

      2011 to 2019 Hyundai engine recall. Dealership had six service loaners 30 engine jobs in the yard. Spoke to the manager service department they could care less about their customers or providing them courtesy transportation. Been deflected to Hundai USA they deflect you back to the dealer. They expect you to pay over $1,000 a month for a rental car with the hopes of being reimbursed which you know will never happen. Was insulted by the female service manager told me she has 30 other people whining for loaner cars. What a disgraceful attitude to have with customers. Terrible terrible terrible service terrible product.

      We have just experienced And suffered a miserable loss of money and property as a result of an unfair and deceptive Connecticut licensed business’s practice. My daughter purchased a used 2016 **** **** on April 13, 2022 From Shakers Family Hyundai on Straits Turnpike, in Watertown Connecticut. When we test drove the vehicle the check engine light came on and we were told they were going to do a thorough check of the vehicle. It was a red flag so we continue to look for other cars over the next week or two but didn’t find any thing my daughter loved so she ended up calling them back and asking if the vehicle has been checked and ask what was wrong with it. At that point they reassured her that they had done a thorough evaluation and the issue was something minor related to a sensor that was resolved and there was nothing wrong with the engine. They reassured us that they were a solid company who cares about their customers, a family-based and oriented company that puts their customers first and they would never sell a car to a customer that they knew was defective. We decided to trust in them and purchased the vehicle, put $8000 cash down on the vehicle and finance the remainder of the purchase price. Within weeks from purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on again. My daughter called the dealership and let them know what happened she was transferred to the service department where she was told she could bring the car in on June 3 which was weeks away. She brought the car in and they looked it over and told her nothing was wrong with the car. She took the car back, drove it around for a couple more months, and the engine light came on and off throughout that time. she made few more phone calls to the dealership service department and did not receive any phone calls back. On August 20 the engine on the car blew and the dealership refused to take the car back or cover the cost of repairs. The GM is a rude disrespectful snake, avoided any responsibility!

      ********* * My 2013 Hyundai Sonata went to Shaker on June 8, we found out that the car need a new engine which is covered by warranty( no fault of mine). We were told it will take 2-3 weeks. We asked about a loaner car, and was promised one as soon it becomes available. After making several call attempts we were told last week that the engine has not arrived and they are expecting one in 2 weeks. it has now been 5 weeks 2 days with no guaranty of when my car would be done. I commute 60 miles each day to and from work.. Sadly I need help definitely not a place I will take my car after this experience.

      I brought my Hyundai Accent to Shaker Hyundai on October 4, turns out the engine blew. It was no fault of mine as I always kept up with oil changes and standard maintenance. They got my new engine in on November 1. It is now December 1st and my car has not even gotten into their repair shop yet. I have had little or no communication from their service department. I was on a waiting list for a loaner and still do not have one two months later. I would avoid using this dealership at all cost.
