Keep getting texts and phone calls from this business that I have never heard of and don't even live in Connecticut not sure how they got my phone number but they better stop harassing me

Awful experience from start to finish. No Finance Manager present when I was signing my paperwork and the Sales Rep doing it said "I have no idea what you are signing". My monthly payment was agreed upon in advance with an excess Wear and Tear clause included. Upon arriving to sign paperwork, I was informed the GM had no recollection of the agreement and upon presenting a copied document showing the Wear and Tear; I was told he doesn't know what that means and agreed to it blindly but would not stand behind it. Had to pay out of pocket to get something that was agreed upon beforehand. Trade-in vehicle was paid off but late, and resulting in an automatic withdrawal from my previous bank. First payment due for my new **** lease and the payment was magically $20+ more per month than what was signed. Called **** financial and was told they do not have to re-contract for any reason if the payments on the lease contract change. Contacted **** Customer Care and was told they would escalate the issue and get back to me in 5 business days from Dec. 22nd. Still have not heard back.An **** Financial Rep stated that there might be a secondary contract internally showing the new payment; which I never signed or agreed to. Would not send me a copy and told me they would look into it and get back to me. The only update I had was two weeks later saying my payment has been put back to the original on the contract that I signed but no explanation as to why it happened. They also shared my private information from an OLP survey with an ex employee asking why I gave them such a bad review. Seems like at the very least the owner of the **** dealership would reach out to me per my request to Steve the Finance Manager; but have been waiting for 4 weeks now.

Valenti Audi has no customer regard I have bought 5 Audis had a problem out of state with a 2021 Q8..... Audi towed it to a dealership but Valenti refused to be of help in anyway.... we asked Valenti to get the car back to the dealership after it was repaired 200 miles away.. I was told " good luck buddy" it's up to you to get it back to CT so much for customer satisfaction these folks forget you the minute after you buy a car from them....I can say Valenti has lost a customer for sure

The over-the-top service and support I received from this office specifically from Brett M, was above and beyond. I was stuck on the side road and this earth angel met me on the side of the road with a loaner car and was there to assist the tow guys with my car to be sent to the office. This was less than an hour towards closing on a Friday night. Thank you for your support and your dedication to Audi customers like myself.
