On November 24th I went into the store with my son to buy him a cellphone. I was told that I cannot buy the phone outright. I can put down a deposit and wait 30 days for my first bill and then pay off the balance for the cellphone which will be $210 and with that I get an ***** Watch and a tablet. I then called ******* customer service after I seen my bill and was told even if I paid off the phone I will still be in a 3 year contract for the **** and watch. So I called the store and spoke with Lauren V who is the sales representative who assisted me previously she said the watch and **** is on house from ******* because of the Black Friday deal so I asked why isn’t the store and customer service agent in synced with each other. I need someone to call me so this matter can be resolved. I don’t feel I should be responsible for a restocking fee and I don’t believe I should be binded in a contract for the other two devices if I pay off my phone.Business response

The devices have already been returned with no restocking fee. They did get the **** and watch on ******* but any promotion you get is a a bill credit over a period of time (36 months in above situation). We apologize for the miscommunication, but already is resolved and returned.
