Issue with the chrges from Pure Barre West Hartford. I signed up for a 3 month membership on 3/8/22 and cancelled my menbership on 5/19/22. Pure Barre is charging me a cancellation fee of $250 and an additional month, for a total of $462.00. They require that you give them a 30 day notice to cancel a membership, however, if you cancel in advance of the 3 months they charge you a fee and if it’s after the 3 months they charge additional months. It’s a scam that this business is running, The contract terms need to be reviewed by legal.Customer response
