      March 20,2023 Paid $495 for ammunition that had free shipping I paid with ***** since they did not accept credit card payment. they sent a tracking # *********************  Link *********************************** then I received this from Ammunition GunBroker C- Third class discreet parcels requires a refundable insurance fee of $300 Since your parcel falls under category C (Third class discreet parcel), the insurance company will be responsible for the cost of another package and will take care of the shipment and delivery to your address. You are required to keep the payment receipt as you will have to present it to get your Refund. This package must be insured using payment methods such as ********,USDT, bank Transfer, ****** pay, ***** Pay or ****** ******* . Once payment is confirmed, we will email the Insurance Document to you. You can contact us through this email; [email protected] I tried calling rooftop logistics. They don't have an active phone # listed on their website. Only chat message. You arranged the shipment, so you pay them for the insurance and then you get the refund. I would like to handle this in a professional manner. Your money will be refunded back to thesame account you will use to insure your package or any other prefered method. Regards and waiting to hear from you for payment details ... I then responded What is the insurance for? what is the risk that it is requiring insurance. Rooftop doesn't have a active phone number and also doesn't have an e mail address. The e mail from them was sent to you, not me. You are their client. You are paying the shipping cost. Their response was. They do have if you are not ready to pay the insurance fees please stop disturbing with one and the same questions. Am sure when you will pay and have everything refunded you will come and apologize for this childish behavior

      I ordered ammunition on 3/23/23 and payment was made via *****. They then sent me some fake logistics website for tracking who said my package was "on hold". They then tried to get me to pay more money for insurance that will be refunded back to me after they file a claim. Their phone numbers do not work. They do not respond to emails, only website chat boxes. Their address listed is a dentist office.

      Did a cash app transaction with this company for ammo that included shipping, got a tracking number from company did not get item when delivery was to be made, tried to call shipper, phone number doesn't work, ended up chat online said i need to pay a refundable insurance on my order and to send 350 via cash app if i wanted item, to me that is extortion, contacted seller he said just pay it and i will get item but that was never stated in phone call with him or on web site, the shipping company phone number is ** and company address in ** when i did web search there is same company name in ** that is shipping company also i requested to cancel transaction and requested my money back and he said he quote "We wont refund" so to me this is a scam hope you can help me get my money back there phone number is 2********* for seller shipper name is Rooftop logistic and the number they have is ###-###-#### which dont work i will also be filing a complaint against the shipper for extortion if you have any info what i need to do or who i need to contact let me know do i need to get *** involved since it is ammo fraud

      I purchased ammunition from this website. I paid for the purchase with ***** (******** ******) $450 for product & $50 shipping. I was given a tracking number ********************** On 6 Feb. I checked the tracking and found out the package was being handeled by ******* ********* . I clicked the chat line to talk with Frank to see where my package was. I was told it was on hold and they needed $300 for insurance which was refundable on delivery. I paid them using ****** (****** ********) and was told the package woud be delivered in a few days. On 16 Feb. I contacted Frank again at ******* to ask why my package wasn't delivered and was told it was still on hold for labels and $300 would release it. I paid the $300 with ****** ( ****** ********) and was told the package would be released. On 23 Feb. I still didn't have my package. I was told it was still on hold and I needed to pay $400 for stamps. AS this ammo is hard to find I went ahead and paid the $400 with ***** (Anthony B*****). On 27 Feb. I still didn't have the package. I was then told that they needed another $400 for terminal fees, but not to worry because all the payments would be refunded upon delivery. I paid the $400 with ***** ( Anthony B*****) and was told the package would be delivered in two days. When it did not arrive I contacted ammunitiongunbrokers to find out if they knew anything. Max told me that ******* was holding the package until they received another $400 for custom bonds. At that time I told them to return the package to ammunitiongunbrokers and they informed me they couldn't. In all my time of dealing with Internet sales and having things shipped to me via *** and *****, I have never had this situation. Is there anything you can do to help? Thank you.
