      This shoe store has outrageous prices and sales practices. They act like the shoes they have are top notch and can not be found anywhere else. Literally a minute after leaving the store I went back in because on the **** website the shoes are $90. I asked to return the shoes and they said there policy is no refunds. But I literally just walked out. I said so why is your shoe so much more than the website, she said because of the convenience. This is absolutely unethical sales techniques and there overall rating is less than a 2 star and there are so many horrible reviews stating the same thing. I even reached out to **** and informed them if these practices and they are aware of it but I guess can’t do anything about it. I was charged double for a pair of shoes. So ridiculous and unfair.

      So i purchase a pair of womens *** ****** * ****** ******* **** 8.5 that were priced at $400. When i got home and goigked them to compare prices thise sneakers are nitmally priced at $210. So now i feel cheated i feel ribbed and tooken avantage of cause he's buying these sneakers at a wholesale price (cheaper)and reselling them at a very high significant price, there IVER CHARGING me $190. I allso bough a another pair of sneakers that are priced at $375 that when i ******* to compare prices those sneakers are on the market for $180 therefore again over charged me by $195... This is totally obserd and ridiculous how these people are basically getting these footwear from some wholesale place for m7ch much lesser fee and jacking up the prices and Reselling them for a much higher price. And thats what i paid for 2 prs of sneakers YESTERDAY which i shouldve only spent WITH TAX $421.68 at any other sneaker store (***** *********** ******* ********* ).so therefore they made an EXTRA $308.16 PROFIT off me yesterday... And i want my money back.,

      I placed an online order with Impossible Kicks on June 10, 2023. First inquiry was made June 20 and was informed shipping fee would be refunded. Two more inquiries about when item will be shipped have gone unanswered. Two requests for refund for I shipped item have also gone unanswered. Item has yet to be shipped as of July 3. Inquiries have been sent via email and via “contact us” on website.

      On March 17, 2023 I ordered a **** ******** ******* ***** varsity jacket order #**** for $850. After a couple of weeks I noticed the jacket didn’t ship so I sent several emails to the company that was provided in their contact information and received no response. I also contacted the store locations several times for assistance. On each occasion they told me they would look into my order and give me a call back which they never do. It’s April 22, 2023 and my order still hasn’t shipped and I haven’t heard anything from Impossible Kicks regarding when I’m going to receive my order. I feel robbed of $800 and I would just like to either receive my merchandise or have my money refunded to me as soon as possible

      I placed my order with impssible kicks about a month ago. I bought these as a gift and once i recived them they didnt fit. I imediately requested a return and received my return label. Its been a few weeks now and the tracking shows that my return was shipped and received by imposible kicks.       I originally bought a pair of ***** shoes for my son. Prior to giving them to him, ***** **** went on an anti-semitic tirade so i returned the shoes. I understand the store policy for store credit only and this was communicated to me at the time of original purchase and at return. I was given a gift card that i was told i could use for in-store or on-line purchases (this was clearly communicated to me by the employee). I had returned to the store several times looking and never found a shoe i liked in my size and also continued to look online. I finally found a shoe i like in my size on-line and when i tried to use my gift card, it would not take the card. I called the store and they explained to me that there had been some fraud issues with gift cards over the holidays so a new card would need to be issued for me to use on line. They told me to come in the following morning because they were doing inventory and would be too busy to do it that night. I came the next day and explained the situation to the people working (********* store, ********** **). One of them told me he is the manager and there is no one else i can talk to . My only option was to wait till i found something in the store or until the website issues are worked out and they allow gift cards again. He said there is no way to even know when that will be fixed so I would have to just keep checking. Not sure how that would work as I had to call the store to find out anything because the website had no information at all. I have subsequently submitted multiple inquiries to the company website and to a "customer service email" and have received no response from the company. I am more than happy to use my store credit but the brick and mortar store has yet to have a shoe i like in my size. They will not re-issue my gift card to allow me to use online.

      Hi, We ordered two different pairs of shoes last week and we received two pairs of the same shoes. We would like to receive instructions on how to process our return and have emailed *********************************** multiple times but have heard no responses. We tried contacting the ***** location from where they were shipped from and they told us returns are handled by email which is ridiculous when nobody is responding. We would expect better customer service when you spend $500+ on two pairs of shoes.

      I purchased a pair of shoes online from Impossible Kicks. They sent the wrong color. They do not have a contact number for customer service. I sent three emails on their customer service page and called one of their retail stores for direction. I spoke to a manager in in their ******* ** store who said he needed to talk to upper management and they would return my call. I haven't gotten a response from anyone. I would just like the shoes I bought. My order number is **** and I ordered a size 12 **** Dunk Low, SE Lottery Pack, Grey Fog. I received Green instead.

      Was told at time of purchase I could return item providing I have receipt for full credit card refund. Had to return an item (gift for son), store employee refused to credit my ******** card, said only a store credit can be issued. Purchased item on 6/17, returned item on 6/20. Less than 72 hours and store, manager and owner would not credit my card. Store has return policy for store credit only which was not disclosed. During purchase I was assured item could be returned for full credit. No one ever mentioned store credit only.

      All customers are told before that all items are final sale & if they do not fit the intended customer, we offer an exchange only for a different size or color. Our store policy is stated both on our receipt, as well as on the counter that only store credit within 30 days will be provided. After about an hour, the customer finally decided to comply to the store policy which ended up with her receiving the store credit. Nothing was intended to trick or hide our store policy; our policy has been the same since open & universal across all Impossible Kicks locations.
