      I love my new roof, excellent work by JP Carroll Roofing, The roof was just inspected by the town of Hamden and the inspector said, “excellent job done”. If you are looking to get a new roof, call JP Carroll Roofing, very professional and they keep in touch with you throughout the entire process. If I could give them more than five stars, it would be a 10.

      Friendly, efficient, and looks great. We also just added solar so snow piles running off could stress the new gutters like it had the old ones. JP recognized and recommended better support. Would have them back in the future if needed. ***

      The company is very much a good baseline for business and the people through every conversation good or bad are very appropriate and professional. I had a lot of trouble with the companies they hired though. I expressed to the salesperson that i have a dog and need access to my house at all times; he told me that would not be a problem and it was. Clean-up was never done to the JP's standards (per their representative). I replaced my gutters through them per their recommendation and the old holes were never filled. My biggest problem personally was the damage to my aluminum siding and they offered me a $250 credit even after i showed them video of debris hitting my house. I like the company overall but i feel they fall short when it comes to problem solving. There is new damage to my house and instead of fixing it they simply say "there were some dents before we started so this is the best course of action for us"....key word is "us" as they are focused on their profits over customer satisfaction. Other than repairing 2 window screens none of the other issues ever got resolved. I cautiously recommend them, and would advise anyone to either watch the crews working or find another general contractor to fulfill your work needs. From my experience with them you have to be the on site supervisor because when They called me he told me he was not on site and was not aware of the problems i knew of while at work.
