April 24th, 2023 I sat in the chair at 10:40. Didn’t leave until 5pm. She kept leaving for 30-40 minutes at a time. At one point she took a whole client in the middle of doing my hair and also left me in the shop alone. I specifically asked her for Knowles’s box braids and she did regular box braids with the knots. I had two witnesses with me that can attest to me being specific over the phone before I got there and in person. Then she proceeded to ignore my text and calls so I showed up with the police and she still wouldn’t comply.Initial Complaint

So I went to the hair braiding place to get my hair done the lady did the exact opposite of what I wanted and I kept telling I didn’t like and to take it out and she kept refusing to take it out. She wanted to do what SHE wanted with my hair and I didn’t like that so I told her to take the hair out give me money back and I’ll go get my hair done somewhere else and she still kept my money and didn’t want to give it back so she ended up calling the police on me for wanting my money back for the shitty job she did. She refused to take the hair out and kept arguing with me. She decided to only give me $130 back out of my $250 I gave her and mind you she also removed the hair and my hair is a mess she didn’t even try to fix it or anything. I want the rest of my money back because that’s not the service that I payed for and at the end of the day my hair is not done and no service was done so she had no right to keep the rest of my money which is $120. This picture is how my hair looked after she cut the hair off and I cut some of it off as well to take it out because she didn’t want to. She’s money hungry and a awful person
