On Thursday Jan. 20, 2022 at 3pm I went to LV Nails to receive a pedicure. The cost is $30.00. I said to the employee, I haven't had a pedicure in a long time and my feet are in need of a lot of work. She said ok. I asked if she can put callous remover on my feet to help the dead skin come off. She said yes, shaking her head, then used the scraper on my feet. She then would s²ay look and die me the scraper and I said yes. I know I have a lot of dead skin. Soon she asked me to take my foot out the water to rinse it off. I stated to her, my feet aren't done! I lifted my foot and showed her the areas of dry skin that she didn't scrape. She said I did scrap your foot. I stated that she did NOT because I'm watching everything she was doing. She said I can look at it when she is done and she will go over it again. She stated she scrubbed my feet and the dead skin won't come off. I stated yes, it will. When I get my feet done at another nail salon, I have no problems. I stared the difference in the procedure. She didn't respond. She asked me about polish. I asked her for one coat of polish. I then day under the foot drier. When five I checked my for again and asked her for the scrubber so I can show her how to remove my dead skin. She ignored me and took the next customer. I was upset with her lack of professionalism and curtortesy towards me. I watched as she DID NOT sanitize any of the pedicure tools, and scraper she on my feet before starting the next pedicure to the customer. I then went to the manager and confirmed her position. I explained my dissatisfaction about the service and showed her the bottom of my feet. She didn't say anything but continued to work on another customers nail. I put in my socks on and went to the register to pay. The manager said $31.95. I paid cash then I stated to the manager, I always give a good tip but the nail technician didn't try to rectify the situation & neither did she. I left.
