Hello I recently went into a Huffman car dealership in **** ******** ** to purchase a truck. When I went through the financial office for purchase of the truck, the manager falsely made up numbers for the contract so it effected my credit score as well as made the bank offer me the maximum interest rate on an auto loan 18.99%. They had me E sign the contract without me getting to look at a hard copy of what I was signing for. When I was displeased with the contract, I was informed my traded in car was sold the same day I brought it in to be appraised so there wasn't a chance I could retain the car. Once I drove the truck off the lot the check engine light came on and the truck idled and eventually stalled out in an intersection. They claimed nothing was wrong with the truck but they would look at it and see what needed to be fixed. Two weeks later They call me to say the trucks fixed and to come pick up. Upon picking the truck up, it stalled out with the check engine light again. Now Im stranded on the road until the truck could start after 30 mins of waiting and I proceeded to bring it back to the dealer. As of right now I have no truck and no answer after signing a falsified contract and receiving a lemon truck. I have family and a business to run and at this point no way of running my business because Huffman claims they sold my trade in the same day I came in to buy the truck. I feel totally taken advantage of and seeking assistance in pursuing legal action against Huffman. Im requesting a full refund of the deposit and trade in by Contract for the sale of this truck. No other further Comment at this time.Business response

Mr. *******, has picked up his vehicle and it is repaired. While it was another service location not associated with Hoffman that completed the work on the vehicle our Hoffman team made the first payment and reimbursed Mr. ******* $2,000.Initial Complaint

When getting my car serviced they over charged me. He initially told me the price of the diagnostic was taken out of the cost of the repair. When he gave me the quote it was $218 I said ok. Then I get the bill of $355. I only had 1 windshield wiper changed! They did not take the diagnostic fee out & when I asked he said it was separate. That’s not what I was told the day before.Business response

When our technician was diagnosing the vehicle it was noted that the drivers side wiper would not work at all. This is a characteristic of a broken wiper transmission linkage- he had to remove the windshield cowl to get access to the motor- found the linkage was good but there was a bunch of metal shavings at the wiper arm spline. He recommended replacing wiper arm first and rechecking, which he did. Our Service Manager Anthony Audia did call and leave a message for Ms. ****** to hopefully resolve the issue but we have not heard back yet.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2014 ********* **** *** ******* from Hoffman. Upon my first drive of the car, the air pressure in tires was low. When I mentioned it to the salesman, he said oh no its fine, if it keeps happening come back and well take care of it. I went home and the low air perssure in tire light came on again. Took the car to my mechanic to check tires. he siad the tires should be replaced by the dealership as the treat was low and there was definitely some dry rot. Dealership will not replace tires. This was all within weeks of the purchase and is a definite safety concern for me and my 3 children. The dealership did not even look at the tires either of the two times we brougth up the concern.Business response

Our Regional General Sales Manager, Brian S****** called ******* and invited her into to our Nissan service department to access the tires last week, where it was determined that they needed to be replaced. This was completed and she is all set!
