      Ordered some pulleys June 18th, 2 weeks go by and not follow up. Finally email them and they say it will ship next week. One week later still no tracking. Tried phoning, no one picks up. Tried emailing again to request refund, they say it will ship tomorrow. I continue to ask for refund as item will arrive too late now and don't receive any more contact. Find out from looking around that the site is widely known for being a scam with the same practices

      Ordered a jacket on-line and paid at checkout . After several days i inquired about shipping andI was informed that it was out of stock. I was offered to cancel my order, which I did. A couple weeks later I notice my $87 was not credited back to my card. Emailed and got a return email showing a refund receipt but nothing in my bank. In hindsight researching this company has a long list of customer(?) that have has the exact experience. ***** ***** ***** etc. looking for a refund

      I purchased 6 items from Atlantic Rigging Supply on March 28th 2024. My credit card was charged immediately for $753.96 when the order was placed. I was instructed in the confirmation email to download the Shop mobile app to track shipping progress. After two weeks of no changes to the order status, I called Atlantic Rigging Supply several times to no answer. I left a voicemail and received an email two days later indicating that the items would ship early next week and arrive in 2-3 business days. After no shipping information was sent the fillowing week, I called them several times and no answer. It seems from doing some research into this company, thus has happened to hundreds of other customers over the past several years. The company Atlantic Rigging Supply used to be named Sound Boatworks at the same address, and had the same issues before. So it seems this scam has been running for almost 10 years. Purchases made, charged immediately, items falsely indicated as "in-stock", then dragging emails to make it seem like the items are going to be shipped.
