Evolved Environments is a DBA of MS Style, LLC Proprietors: Steven J*** and partner Marcello W******: Run, do not walk away! A pattern of dishonesty, deception, and worse! I located a review that another unhappy customer posted on ********* which summarizes our experience with Evolved Environments. Unfortunately for us, we discovered the review after enduring a disastrous experience of our own. Do not get lulled into believing your experience will be different. The behaviors as described below is in fact a pattern. ********* review: Posted January 8, 2019 Primary Issues: 1. Lack of honesty and transparency. Repeatedly lied about items being purchased that were never purchased. Would not produce an accounting of where money had gone despite repeated requests. Deadlines repeatedly missed with last minute cancellations. Over budget despite insistence we were within budget. Misleading website featuring projects that are his own home. 2. Lack of professionalism. Quality of items/vendors was overall poor and inconsistent. Poor instillations/shoddy work/cracked mirrors etc never remediated. Disorganized and unreliable. Example: I asked for breakdown of costs/purchases. He stalled for a total of 5 months before finally handing us something. He blamed everything from his bookkeeper not being timely, to his computer being corrupt to eventually family issues that were consuming his time. When we finally were given the breakdown - he admitted to having gone over budget. We then waited an additional 4 months to receive pieces the had been ordered and that we had now been waiting for 7 to 8 months. He kept citing health or personal issues as to why we hadn’t received anything, and if we pressed further - he would state that we were causing him additional stress. It was one of the most stressful and unenjoyable experiences. I could go on with countless examples but this demonstrates the point.
