*** ***** ****** ********. Took my dog in. Was told by Dr W*** to get blood work totaling $370.00. She said she would call me.3 weeks later after calling reception, tech line, and billing....no answer. Finally got tech line to return my call. She said Dr would call me next day. 5 days later just get results for urine test no blood work. I have asked for copy of results have not received any information. Requested refund for $370.00 still no answer. Called reception again now almost 6 weeks was told via voicemail that she would send info to billing manager. Still no answer by phone or emailInitial Complaint

My dig was treated here for 2 years. On the last appointment of October 9th l explained that l really did not want go bring her as she was not well and l was waiting for her vet to get cardiologist reports back. I told them l had meds and since she was so ill l did not want any refills. They still refill her meds. She passed 4 days later. I was devastated. Ahe was with mee for 14 years almost and from she was 6 weeks old. I called their # ans left a message. No one returned the.call. They are in the.mo ey making and must have seen the condition of the puppy. Going thru this loss l had not had time to file this.Initial Complaint

Petvet advertises on their website a cost of $30 for a rabies shot (************). When you get to the physical location (************* ** ***** ** ******* ****** *****) they require a "physical exam" that costs another $30. The rabies shot can't be given without the extra exam. This reeks of a bait-n-switch tactic and has been going on for at least a year, at least at this location.
