When my dog used to go in for grooming, they would keep him for 7 hours sometimes. Definitely unnecessary. When I called to explain my dissatisfaction with that, and trying to see if we could figure out a workaround—him being in a crate all day—the groomer would not call me back. Had to go through the front desk every single time, whose only recommendation was spend $50 more on an already $160 bill to guarantee he was in and out more quickly, or to use drugs to sedate him (actual medical sedation. Ridiculous.). Still to this day have not gotten a call from the groomer herself, only just got a call from a doctor there that they decided to “cancel my next grooming appointment because they cannot guarantee a satisfactory service.” When your dog comes out and immediately goes to the bathroom everywhere, drinks an ENTIRE bowl of water, and then proceeds to go to sleep for the rest of the day and night, you know something is not right behind the scenes, no matter how many times they say it is. They never once asked to let me see how the setup is—nothing. For boarding—you can’t pick your dog up Sunday afternoon (ridiculous)—does that mean someone isn’t on premise all the time? And for vet services—I called for an appointment because my dog was in pain and has a visible nasty ear infection, and the receptionist said “I’m sorry we don’t have anything for a week, we’re booked with checkups, if it gets worse, bring him to the ER.” I don’t know ANY medical facility where if you are a patient and have an active, visible, painful infection, they won’t see you for a week. Gross negligence. I took my dog to a different vet who saw him the very next day, and he wasn’t even a patient there! I would discourage ANYONE from using this facility, for grooming, boarding, and vet services. Worst treatment I’ve ever seen, bordering on inhumane.

Unfortunately ********* ******* never seemed to be satisfied with our grooming services, although they are exceptionally popular. Apparently in her eyes our grooming crew takes too long, the service is never performed to her liking, and it is too expensive. She continually berated the groomer and our front desk staff with her unhapppinesses. Our grooming dogs are hand-walked several times during the day so they can relieve themselves without making themselves dirty again. And of course they are provided water. We no longer provide Sunday pick-ups from Boarding, due to Covid-19 restrictions/concerns. Needless to say, we do have a kennel crew on duty all day Sundays. It is unfortunate that we were not able to see *** ********* dog when it apparently had an ear infection. Like all animal hospitals and emergency clinics during the pandemic, we have been exceptionally busy, and apparently we did not have an appointment available when *** ******* requested it. Because of *** *******'s constant unhappiness with our services, and her consequent demoralization of our very dedicated and hard-working staff, we decided to ask ** ******* to seek grooming services that she "felt were more appropriate."
