Our overall experience with Kaoud Carpets & Rugs was absolutely first-class. From the very beginning of our project -- exploring lots of different materials and options, through to setup and installation, Fred and team were keenly focused on understanding our needs every step of the way and ensuring that our selections would exceed our expectations. Ventura's hard work and dedication to perfection during the installation was exceptional. Communication throughout our project was excellent as well. What a tremendous difference compared to other local carpet and rug providers we've worked with that make you feel insignificant (i.e., just another buyer)! We highly recommend Kaoud Carpets & Rugs for any flooring projects you may have.

We just purchased our fifth Persian carpet from Kaoud Carpets and Rugs. Fred worked to find us another beautiful carpet that needed to be an unusual size to fit into our family room which has unique dimensions. This is truly a great addition to our house! Excellent customer service from the moment we stepped in the store through installation. Fred could not have been more helpful providing advice to us as we selected carpet to install a runner on a wooden staircase. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the different brands and materials and made specific recommendations based on our design inspiration and budget. We've been a returning customer of Kaoud Carpets & Rugs given the team's professionalism and variety of rug options. We've bought rugs, and recently had a runner installed on our staircase. The installment team were very professional and cordial, and the new runner looks amazing. We always enjoy working with Fred Kaoud -- he is very communicative about expectations and delivery timelines and knowledgeable about what rugs/carpets work best for our needs!
